He was a member of the founding team at Genospace and also held software engineering positions at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Fidelity Investments. O’Connor earned a B.E. in electronics and computers from National University of Ireland, Galway, and attended the Executive Education Program at the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania.
